Return Policy

At Tanshfab, we understand that sometimes plans change and customers may need to cancel an order. To provide flexibility while ensuring smooth order processing, we offer a simple cancellation policy.


✅ 1) Cancellation Time Limit

Customers can request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order.
This time window helps customers make quick changes without disrupting the fulfillment process.


✅ 2) Cancellation Fee

If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, a cancellation fee of 15% of the order value will be charged.
This fee covers administrative and processing costs and helps us maintain fair pricing.


✅ 3) Refund Process (For Cancelled Orders)

Once your cancellation request is approved and processed, the refund will be initiated within 5 to 7 working days, after deducting the applicable 15% cancellation fee.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.


✅ 4) Refund Process (For Returned Packages)

If a return is applicable and the returned package is received successfully, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of the returned package (as per return eligibility and checks).
