These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TanshFab website and the purchase of products from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in your selected currency and, for India, are inclusive of GST. Prices and availability may change without notice.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or on dispatch for Cash on Delivery). We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing error occurs.
• Because items are hand printed, slight variations in colour, print and size are natural and are not defects.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay and PayPal. We do not store your card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping and Returns and Return and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and the TanshFab name are the property of Tansh Fab Tex Inc and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TanshFab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan. If you order from outside India, local mandatory consumer laws that apply to you are not affected.
